Dr. Mimi P. Martins
Dr. Mimi P. Martins is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician at Estar MedSpa & Innovative Health Center. She brings her years of clinical experience and skills into the Aesthetic world. She uses multi-modal treatment regiments to address the elements associated with the aging process.
Dr. Martins’ approach and expertise in injectables promote safety and effective results, thus making her patients look and feel their very best.
Dr. Martins has a proven reputation in customizing treatments to suit her patient’s specific needs and consistently delivers desirable results. Her expertise in revolutionary treatments allows her to perform personalized aesthetic treatments such as body contouring, injectables, and skin tightening.
Dr. Martins graduated Magna Cum Laude from Howard University with a BSc in Biology, Highest Honors from Ross University School of Medicine and received her Residency Training at the University of Maryland Prince George’s Hospital Center.
Dr. Martins believes in a healthy mind, a healthy body, and a healthy skin. This belief led her to collaborate and initiate a research project that focused primarily on Mindfulness during her residency. This research yielded great results and helped improve the lives of patients with multiple health issues. She addresses anti-aging modalities and performs minimal and noninvasive procedures to promote wellness.
Dr. Martins belongs to American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and is a member of American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). Her training in aesthetic medicine includes, but not limited to hair restoration, facial rejuvenation, body contouring and medical weight loss. She takes great joy in educating and involving her patients in their treatment plan. Dr. Martins sets realistic goals and treatment plans for her patients and adheres strictly to the Standard Treatment Protocols established by relevant governing agencies in her field of work.
Outside of her work, Dr. Martins enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also enjoys exercising, songwriting and dancing. Dr. Mimi Martins is an active member of her church and plays a lead role in organizing various community health fairs aimed at creating awareness and educating the public about healthy lifestyle and preventive medicine.
Nana Mensah
Nana Mensah is the proprietor and aesthetic nurse practitioner at Estar Medspa & Innovative Health Center. In this role, Nana leads and manages a highly dedicated team that provides non-invasive and medical aesthetic treatments to our esteemed patients.
Nana worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Serenity Zone MedSpa and became well acclimated with our team and clients before the business transitioned into Estar Medspa & Innovative Health Center. Nana has also worked as an RN with the Neurosciences and Kidney/ Pancreas Transplant Department at Johns Hopkins Hospital and practiced as a nurse practitioner at a functional medicine clinic in Columbia, Maryland. Nana brings her years of nursing experience in Telemetry, Intermediate Care, IV Home Infusion and Home care to Estar Medspa & Innovative Health Center.
Over the years, Nana has promoted and restored patient’s health and has collaborated with multidisciplinary team members to identify care requirements for all her patients. She delights in educating, establishing a compassionate environment, and providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support for her patients and their immediate caregivers. In doing these, she adheres to therapeutic standards in her profession and ensures all treatments are in accordance with standards of care set by relevant regulatory governing agency in her field of work.
Nana holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Shenandoah University (Winchester, VA) and a Masters of Nursing (FNP -MSN) from Simmons University ( Boston, MA). She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds the national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Nana is very Passionate about medical aesthetics. She provides innovative treatments that promote healthier and more youthful outcome.

Product Returns
Products with a receipt may be returned within 14 days of purchase for spa credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given on products or services.
Tips & Gratuity
We appreciate that tips be given in the form of Cash only. Tips cannot be added to credit card payments.
Cancellations
We require a payment card to hold and confirm ALL appointments. We require a 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling any appointment. There is a charge of $25.00 for missed or late canceled appointments.
