BOCA RATON, Fla. – Closed! That’s the sign that’s greeting customers of American Laser Skincare in Boca Raton.
“I was shocked,” explained customer Rachael Kinsler.
Kinsler found out when she tried to make an appointment for her Botox and body sculpting.
“I think it’s horrible customer service,” explained Kinsler.
The skincare company closed 135 locations across the country on Friday. It posted a notice to customers on its website blaming the slow economy.
The company wrote,”We sincerely regret the impact that these closings may have on our loyal clients, valued employees, and business partners. The entire industry has been affected by the long-running economic downturn, and our company simply could no longer afford to continue operating.”
“There were girls and guys going in at all times. Never ever would you think they would close,” explained Kinsler.
